How do I get started?
We will schedule a quick call with you to understand what you have in mind. Each owner is different, each property is different so before beginning to offer you anything we want to make sure that we understand your needs. If we can help you generate value we will discuss which services make sense for you and jointly construct a model that will work for you.
Can I set my own rules for my house or lot?
Absolutely. We can make recommendations but it's your property and you define the rules and conditions for it to be rented out.
Who defines the rental price for my property?
We offer you the possibility of using leading market tools that use Artificial Intelligence to understand the market and recommend pricing, or we can agree on set pricing based on your preference. You are always in control and able to change the prices.
If I do my own rentals why should I consider renting with Venture Out Property Solutions?

How do you differ from the competition?
Our business model and background comes from building services businesses and running complex customer service and logistics operations. As such we leverage our experience in marketing, customer service, operations, logistics, and technology to provide a professional, scalable, measurable service. Not only do we have spectacular customer service but we also have the back-end operations to back it up and scale.
You are a relatively new company, why should we consider you?
While the company is new, we are not. We have been successfully operating rentals at Venture Out for many years and just formally decided to apply all of our experience and background to help the neighbors and community we appreciate so much.
Would choosing to work with Venture Out Property Solution go against the Venture Out spirit of working with the "On-Site Realtor"?
Not at all. As residents and owners of Venture Out we completely understand the value of giving back to cover the budget so owners have the option of contributing to the community. We just provide a great service and the owner decides if they want the money to go to Venture Out or if they want to keep it. We're all about owners having control over all aspects, including their contribution to Venture Out.
What platforms do you rent on?
By partnering with us, your property will gain exposure on the major platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, and Booking.com, and we also rent and market directly through our own website, ensuring maximum visibility and revenue potential from a variety of booking channels.
